- LinkedIn Member IDs and Profile URNs.
- Ad Account IDs, campaign performance metrics, and creative assets.
2. Purpose of Processing
This data is used solely to provide users with automated marketing insights, ad creation tools, and performance reporting within the AdArchitech platform. We do not use LinkedIn data for unrelated purposes or for advertising to third parties outside providing the service.
3. Data Retention & Caching (LinkedIn Specific)
We strictly adhere to LinkedIn's Data Storage Requirements.
- Member Social Activity Data: Stored for no more than 48 hours.
- Member Profile Data: Cached for no more than 24 hours.
- Analytics Data: Retained only as long as necessary to provide reporting services to the user.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade LinkedIn member data to third parties. Data is only shared with service providers (like cloud hosting) necessary to run the application, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
5. User Rights (LinkedIn)
Users may revoke AdArchitech's access to their LinkedIn data at any time via their LinkedIn "App Settings" or connected apps permissions, or by following our Data Deletion Instructions. You may also contact us at tkanell@adarchitech.com to request data deletion. We may verify your identity before processing deletion requests.
6. Google API Services User Data
If you connect Google services to AdArchitech, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide user-facing features you request within AdArchitech (for example, integrations you enable).
- We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for serving unrelated ads, and we do not transfer it to data brokers or other third parties except as described in this policy (such as subprocessors necessary to operate the service).
- You may disconnect Google access in your Google Account security settings and may request deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Security and Access Controls
We use industry-standard safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption of data at rest where supported by our infrastructure. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers on a need-to-know basis, with least-privilege and administrative controls.
8. Data Deletion and Retention Notes
When you submit a verifiable deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your account-linked platform data in our systems within a reasonable period, typically within thirty (30) days, unless we must retain certain information to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect the security and integrity of our services.
For step-by-step instructions (including revoking access at LinkedIn and Google), see Data Deletion Instructions. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before completing deletion.
